Premature P wave, upright in AVF, inverted in AVR or the reverse depending upon the site of origin, i.e. in upper or lower portion of atrium.

        Normal QRS.

        Compensatory pause incomplete (R-R interval between beats preceding and following the extrasystole is less than twice the normal R-R interval).
